We are launching a new Employee Referral App for all our employees to help us grow our business. You can download the app on your personal phones, computers, iPads, etc. All employees can use the app and it will be connected to your Bamboo and ADP accounts. When you are in a place that could use our services, help us gather some info so we can get our sales team out there.
When you are out and about and come in contact with someone who could use our services, you tell us about it. For example, you are out to dinner with your family and waiting for your food, start a conversation with the waitress or the managers walking around. Ask them who they currently use. You have a good friend who works at a restaurant and know they are not happy with their provider. You’re staying at a hotel and see the hood sticker being someone other than us. Engage in a conversation and get us the information we need to have our sales team out there to close the deal. It’s THAT simple!
Every lead or customer referral you submit, that turns into a new customer, you will get a commission. The more information you get and the more you engage, the better your chances are. There is no limit as to how many you can submit.
